The property is in an excellent location for sightseeing, first of all. Being next to a large mall and having a convenience store near the entrance is helpful. The staff are extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. One of the staff kindly called the Hunan Museum to find out about reserving a visiting spot, which is how I found out you should reserve online for the museum at least a week ahead (the museum suggested at least 3 weeks ahead to be sure I got a reservation date most convenient for me). The breakfast buffet was awesome, with several new dishes everyday, as well as staples for Chinese breakfasts. For those who wanted a lighter, or more Western breakfast, there was cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, and bacon and eggs. The room had a very comfortable bed, and a shower that worked excellently. (I’ve had too many hotel showers that didn’t work well, or drained badly into puddles all over the bathroom floor, so I do appreciate a properly designed shower.)

I loved everything about this property. I was lucky enough to have a great room on the 35th floor overlooking the entire city of Changsha . It was beautiful!!! on top of that my shower had floor to ceiling windows so I could see the other side of the city while I took a shower, which was pretty cool. The amenities are great, the gym was spacious and had everything that I needed. In addition to that they are attached to a supermarket and mall so if you ever need last-minute items, they are all there. I pretty much enjoyed every bit of staying at this hotel.

The hotel is modern, has a nice pool (best avoided when there are swimming lessons going on there though) and is set in the city centre. The breakfast on the 43rd floor was ample, but staff were a bit rushed and did not help at first when I enquired (in Chinese) which dishes contained meat or egg. They later told me after I had eaten a bit of a ‘supposed’ vegetable dish that contained pork. 酒店：请注意有些客人吃（纯）素。请下次帮助客人找到合适的食物🫤

Coffee is amazing good. There is a mall next to the property with two steak houses and a couple Chinese restaurants. You have a lot of local restaurants and eateries in the local mall next to Line 6 subway station. There are two convenient stores near the property to get drinks, snacks and daily necessities.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast area has a wonderful view of the city from the 43rd floor. Breakfast offers fruits, cereal, bacon, sausages, eggs, fruits, etc., as well as Chinese dishes. You can also request a room on a higher floor. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a supermarket, 7-11, Starbucks, and several restaurants, and it's only a 10 to 15-minute taxi ride to the city center where you can find many of Changsha's famous tourist attractions.
